Made of fluorine carbon resin, pigment, ester solvent, after high temperature roasting and baking, the paint is solidified to dry film with super resistance.

Traditional PVDF coating with KYNAR500 PVDF, two or three times for coating and baking has good properties of anti-acid, anti-alkali and is durable in atrocious weather and environment.
Weather resistance guarantee: keeping 15-20 years no unwonted fading.
Application: we recommend this panel applied for external wall cladding.

 1) Top: aluminum alloy (AA3003) coated with Fluorin carbon resin (PVDF) or Polyester resin (PE) roasting painting.
 2) Core: non-toxic polyethylene or fireproof material (B1).
 3) Back: aluminium alloy sheet coated with polyester resin painting.
 4) Surface finish: PVDF / PE coated, brushed finish, mirror finish, wooden texture, marble texture, Nano painting etc.
 5) Surface coating thickness: 25~30 μm 70% KYNAR 500 PVDF or PE.
