Our Workflow:
chemosynthesis line,remove impure silicone,magnesium,copper etc. And other dirts. By using Henkel tecchnology and chemical we produce a composite honeycomb oxidization layer on the alu skin,through the medium of which Paint and Alum stick tightly together.
coating line,this is where different coatings take place as per customer request. We use advanced 3 roller revert coating machine amid an enclosed atmosphere that is completely devoid of dust so that we achieve the best kind of coating results. There are a total of 4 sections in the furnace,where temperature can be rigidly controlled,as a result the chemical solvent resistance,hardness,flexibility of such coating can be ensured with great gloss,adhesion and anti-corrosion.
